Why don't you take some pics...of everything.
And post them using Photo and image hosting, free photo galleries, photo editing | Photobucket
^^That's free.
Then we'll decide what's up.

Sounds to me like his mind is already made up... Im just thinking that is the front fenders are rusted to the point of being thrown away, how must the rear strut towers be looking?
Good news guys! The rear strut towers are A-1! Everything's actually looking great. The guy was asking for $1200, but dad paid $800.00 behind my back.
$800 and it needs fenders and a motor?
The way I understand it is he paid 1200 total for the car
Sent from my pager using Morse code. ... .. ... ....
im so confused on this thread, I thought it was $400, now it was $1200? $1,200 for a car needing a motor and rusted out is outrageous
Sorry for the confusion guys, here's what happened. My dad showed me the ad, but only because the day before the ad was up for 1200, and my dad went and paid $800.00 of the 1200 without telling me, so the guy reposted it for $400.00 for only me to see (others replied, but he didnt respond) so I went out to meet him, and to his knowledge but not mine, $800.00 was already paid, I only needed to give him the 400 to take it away.
Btw, it needs a blower motor, not an actual motor .
Still no pics? Thread fails ftl
i live by this! im very curious of what this thing is gonna look like.
hopefully you didn't get taken. The way i'm taking this it as is that you are gonna need to put just as much in parts and everything than what you paid for the car.
This kid himself only paid 400 bucks for it.. his dad chipped in 800 for a total of 1200 bucks for a car that needs fenders and a blower and some other work.
He is from canada so that 1200 is more than 1200 here i beleive
Sorry im just a ignorant murica
Why did Dad go behind his back ?
I don't get it, they should have went together the first time and dad teach the son how to negotiate.
