Changed the PCM? Is the PCM an aftermarket PCM or is it a stock PCM?

Im not sure... im thinking its a stock one which would explain the sometimes roughish idle and raspy/boggy exhaust. How do you tell if its an aftermarket one btw?(never pulled out pcm but i know how).

Explain to me why the PCM would be the cause of your engine problems.

Sounds like you have have sensor/ignition system issues.

Honestly im not sure but that is the only reason i can come up for this raspiness in the exhaust and a little studder in the idle.

Um get rid of those stick on hood scoops they look gay. Other than that the car looks nice.
As for the car sounding raspy you probably don't have a resonator the pcm would not cause this.
As for your studder, maybe a small tuneup, seafoam good plugs/wires would help that.
