Welcome, it's your lower intake manifold gasket. Head gaskets rarely go bad on these cars.

if you do it yourself under $100. If you take it somewhere probably around $500-$600

It's not typically going to be a lower intake manifold using that much coolant. It's most likely your upper intake manifold has sprung a leak in teh coolant port right next to the EGR tube area. The easy way to tell is to pull your throttle body off, it's 3 10mm nuts. Then you'll be able to see the hole and EGR tube. If they are wet, you will know for sure. While you are doing that, it is always recommended to replace the LIM' gaskets with aluminum ones as they will look like hell.
