    I'm guessing you're referring to my avatar..
    That picture is actually a picture of my strobes...i happened to get a shot while they were all 9 lit up...what's the odds of that right?!

    I'm planning on doing my headlights in red, just like the avatar, with LED's glued into the bottom of the housing..it's really easy.
    Drill a small hole, stick LED in hole with superglue, and then wire it up...cover the LED leads with something to avoid corrosion...
    That's my next LED project, right after the cup holders..

    My whole interior is red also..all the air vents, outside mirrors, foot wells, front and rear dome lights, and 7 cold cathodes - 3 under the dash, and 2 under each seat; one for the front, and one for the back seat foot well...

    I have an electronics degree, so if you wonder about wiring up electronics, let me know as I may be able to help...
