I followed this link for the gas gauge.

on trying to fix my gas gauge on my 2000 GT. I have found I have NO voltage at the PCM, does this mean the PCM is bad on pin 69 for the gas gauge? There is no broken wire's between the the PCM and C181. Can I fix the PCM?
