Are you gunna turbo your car or stick with the supercharger?? just asking because your your name, and also ZZP is way over priced on just about everything, you can find stuff on this forum for cheap.
ZZP turbo kits ARE the way to go though.
Welcome fellow ohioan where in ohio ya located
I'm from the akron area, for christmas I'm picking up a zzp turbo kit for the car and can't wait to install it. It been crappy out lately so once we have a nice day ill post up some pics of my car.
Twin charge?
If so, you're a champ
large turbo build + hard launches does.
Especially with higher stalls
I have to laugh when i see people on the local GP forum with cars that pull amazingly when in gear but the tranny struggles to shift under load.
No way around the fact that more power requires a better transmission and close attention to your transmission tune.
Doesnt matter if its turbo or s/c.
Its like an intercooler... you dont NEED an intercooler to hit 12's with an M90 but its a damned good idea.
May not be necessary but its smart.
I don't want to get in a debate, just looking to clarify some of the misinformation floating around over here. I am speaking from personal experience. It all depends on how fast you want to go, but trapping 115+ on a totally stock 135k NA trans for over a year is quite possible.
the HD tranny isn't any stronger lol.
Then tell it how it is instead of calling misinformed.
