Hey, I'm Austin from washington state. I have a brown(ish) 2000 9C1 Impala that my dad picked up for me at an auction about a year ago now. Had 84000 on it and i just rolled it over to 100000 this past week.

I'm planning on doing a top swap very soon after i did some research and found this board and the thread devoted to the top swap. This board seems really active and will hopefully be my "home away from home" while i continue to mod my car

Get some headers and drop your pulley right off the bat to say a 3.5.

    Enjoy your stay.

Welcome. What a cool sleeper this will be! I love it. Make sure to put some antennas on the trunk and convert your headlights so they occilate. People will get the HELL out of your way!

Thanks guys! And one of the first things i did was put a 2.5' black metal CB antennae on the trunk lid where they had bondo'ed it from the police one. I also found out they left the police loud speaker in up behind the grill so i wired that up to the CB radio and i got myself a loud and clear PA!
