    i have a 98 gp gt i need to kno wat type of trans i have i need new shift solenoids both a and b

    Welcome, the 98 GT has a 4t65e Trans.
    176K Miles, Things Done: 25K Tranny, VC & LIM Gaskets Replaced, synthetic fluids all around.
    Mods to come: CAI, Headers, Roller Rockers, U-bend & DP Delete, etc
