I have a 2004 Grand Prix 3.8 v6 that low oil pressure light is on, there is plenty of oil in the engine, no knocking or rattling sounds coming from the engine. Any sugs?

Check the oil pressure sending unit, it's screwed into the back of the adapter where the oil filter mounts to the engine block. These are known to leak oil into the connector and even fail bad enough to drain an engine if unchecked. If you go to replace it be careful as it is an NPT thread and doesn't take a lot of torque to snug it up. Too much and you'll crack the filter adpater.
