Basil here (ok, not my real name) from near Albuquerque, nm (about 40 miles east). I'm old retires AF guy (24 years) who spent another 20 years as a Defense contractor. As it happens I have been running an automotive hobby forum, unrelated to Ponticas, for almost 20 years now (I'm not going to pimp it here, don't worry).
What brings me to your wonderful forum is my daughter-in-law's 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. It's got the 3800 engine and is super charged.
I will post the issue I'm having with her car in the appropriate forum (which I assume isn't the introductions forum). By the way, in the message up above, it says "Our records indicate that you have never posted..yadda yadda...saying hello to our community in our "introductions" forum. However that link is trying to link to:
When I click that link I get a 404 Page not found error. Notice the pair of // after ".net"HTML Code:www.grandprixforums.net//introductions-noob-questions/
Im guessing that link should point to this forum? www.grandprixforoums.COM/forum77/
Being a forum admin myself, I know that you may never know of these kinds of problems exist unless someone tell ya.
Anyway, glad to be aboard. I'm sure I'mm be visiting from time to time as long as DIL has her Grand Prix.
