You'll need the wire harness from the 3800, other odds and ends like A/C lines I think, heater core hoses, vacuum lines from the 3800. Flex plate for the 3800 too I believe.

The transmission will work and will need a either a different computer or something that can swap some files around with like a DHP tuner to make it run the 3800 engine.

I put a 99 3800 SC with a 98 Trans into a 2003 SE body that had a 3.1 in it. Do these while the motor is out,you will need to change the gas pedal cable, both PS hoses, AC hoses. You will need these from the 3800 donor: full engine trans wire harness with computer, air box, engine bay fuse box you will have to splice on fuel line connection if it is a SC not sure about the NA one. You will have some wiring issues that you will have to trace down wiring depending what the year difference are engine/trans years and body year. The temp gauge, front ABS wiring, low oil level sensor, low coolant level. The gear selector indicators on the dash do not show the proper gears selected.
