    Props to whoever posted it on GMLS4.com i cant remeber the picture but there damn sure isnt a writeup anyway it goes as follows

    No need to remove the wheel at all just crank the steering wheel to the right

    use a 4' hose clamp bend it like so



    Use a 8 mm socket and ratchet and start tightening it down eventually it will conform around the tensioner and voila! you you can take off belt by hand no expensive tools no headaches quick and easy


    06 GXP | 222/227 cam/cartuning turbo kit on 8psi/meth/e85 coilovers/ still on stock trans at 130k

    So this avoids the issue of the tensioner popping out and dropping quite a bit...I like.

    Glad you posted this before I swapped the PS pump this weekend Stickied.
