Okay, I was inspired to do this writeup from the guy over there with the white GXP, so kudos to him.

    This is for 04+ only.

Anyways I would just like to do this because I think it is a really clean look (opinion, no flaming please) and I know some other people on the forum wanted to do this.

    Okay so first off, materials:
    1. Get these from your local Autozone ONLY! (I checked other places, no luck) Pilot Automotive/12 Volts 18 in. white phantom LED interior and exterior strip (CZ-3009W) | LED Light Bar | AutoZone.com
    2. Wire taps (Radioshack or Autozone)
    3. Razor blade
    4. Wire strippers
    5. Masking or electrical tape

Step 1: Take your headlight off via one bolt on top. Lift the bracket up and pull the headlight out.

Step 2: Open up your Phantom 18" lights pull the leads of the battery and cut the power and ground cables off. Strip these two wires and inch or so in. This is the box:

Step 3: This is the part your going to want to be careful with. I wired these up to my parking lights so they can come on with a switch. The only thing I wish is that they came on with an unlock, but whatever. Okay, rather than stripping an entire section off of the parking light, you want to cut two small ovals about 1/4" long each, just barely showing the copper wiring.

    ^Parking light

Step 4: Slide the parking light ground wire into a wire tap with the metal thing adjacent to the "oval." Then slide in the other wire and crimp the two together with needle nose pliers. One thing I would suggest is doubling up the LED's ground and power wires because they are REALLY thin and will most likely fall out of the tap if they are not doubled up.

Do this same exact process for power.

    (Bad pic, sorry)

Step 5: With everything connected turn on the parking lights and test to see that the LED's turn on.

Step 6: Put your headlight temporarily back in (don't bolt it back in, just use the bracket to line it up to its original position) With the headlight back in, mark the front of the headlight with tape at the bottom (part touching the front bumper)

Step 7: Take the headlight back off and lay down the LED strip with the included double sided tape (make sure the surface is clean)

Step 8: Put the headlight back on and enjoy your unique look

End results with 6k HIDs and Red/White Switchback LEDs (keep in mind this is GXP.)

    With foglights:

    Enjoy and good luck guys.

Looks pretty clean, and a lot better than some other attempts I've seen, I might have to try this on my GT. Also, believe it or not before this thread I'd never heard of switchback LEDs. Needless to say I've already placed my order for them haha I absolutely HATE how the lights are amber as I'm driving.

Nope you just tape them to the bumper directly below the headlight.

So on my '05 base, half of the bottom lights are DRL's/blinkers and the lower half are the fog lights. I would like these to be on with my DRL's (they'll then also flash with my keyless entry) but I don't want them to blink with my blinkers..any ideas..?

Hmm, well do your foglights come on with unlock? Because then if you spliced into your fogs, they would come on with unlock, but would not flash as you want. The only thing is I'm not sure the amount of power those fogs supply relative to the LED's.
