The weather stiping idea works pretty dang good!!!
if you ever break your projector's brackets, fix them with oem brackets from the scrappers;
your going to have to cut the stock one and use a plastic molder to bond it together, replace all part you want to beef up
if the cleat coat is peeling, wet-sand and buff/polish then then re-apply some clear coat, should work good
and the bouncing if there still is some: the oem bracket would've fixed most of it, the rest can be done by making sure all the screws and bolts on the projector/bracket are tight, then there is a little mod that i am planning and it is currently a secret but will be revealed sometime in the near future, it will give off a better look and eliminate the bouncing left
