On my 2002 GP I am noticing occasionally with AC on ,the driver side air output gets warm ,compared to the passenger side. If i cycle thru the air / heat /def. postion switch or interrupt the air flow in anyway it corrects the problem. Sometimes for days ,other times for mins.
Is this "easy" to fix ,were are the flaps/doors ,can I lube them ?
I been under the dash once to put a blower motor in . . . that worked ! That was 3 years ago, this flap / door thing just started to happen.

    Blend Door Actuator Replacement

check the actuator is working. you can put your finger tip on the part that turns and then change temp to see if its moving.

ac might need a recharge if the blend doors working.

    ******* Scottydoggs ,

OK, where the doors located ? Do I need to take muscle ache meds before I crawl under the dash ,or are they easily located under the hood ???

driver side kinda sucks. it under the dash above the gas pedal area on the side of the hvac housing. if you take the plastic under the steering wheel off and then the metal panel, you can see it through the crack on the right side by the console. then reach under to it. flash light is a huge help.

pass side take the glove box out, its on the left side, cant miss it, easy side.
