I was wondering if anyone runs a stock pump with 42.5 injectors? I've heard some people do but they use a rewire kit what exactly is the rewire kit and where do you get one?

A rewire kit is nothing more than larger wire and a relay and fuse to run for your fuel pump. Use the old wire from the pump to turn on a relay that is wired with 12-10 gauge wire.

Okay does someone sell a kit? Is it necessary for 42.5 injectors?

    This

Take a look at ZZP then compare it to racetronix well worth the extra $20-25

Okay where do you get racetronix? Where exactly does the wiring run to? Do I have to drop the tank?

Can I get away with using a stock pump with 42.5 injectors if I install a rewire kit?

Nope. I just bought a racetronix on yesterday because I switched to Aussie style fuel rails and the #5 cylinder is the last to get fuel and now I have a mysterious #5 misfire at idle only. I'm thinking since I don't have a return, the #5 cylinder is starving of fuel. I ran 42s on my stock fuel rail setup for two months with completely no issue

I'm all this is pointless if you still have the small gauge wire on the pump side of the connector
