So not sure if I am under the right forum, and I apologize if I am.. But When I start my car, sometimes it will start revving on its own, sometimes over and over and over four 15 seconds. Sometimes every few minutes or so.. Then when I start to drive "sometimes" It starts to slow down, as if the RPMs are falling, and the car is about to stall in a way "Only way I knew how to explain it" Or "sometimes" Ill be driving, then I will go to accelerate quickly, as soon as I get to 3000 RPMs it starts making the car rev up and down, shaking the car back and fourth, where its having a hard time shifting or something.. But its all at random, some days, I have zero problems, some days I have many..

I have been having this problem for over two months now, last month someone suggest to change my spark plugs and wire, It helped a lot, doesn't do it as much, but still once in a while it does.. So If you have any Ideas what I can do, please let me know..

Chugging can be quite a few things.

    Vacuum leak.
    Dirty throttle body.
    Crappy maf.

I would start with the vacuum leak because it's the cheapest to do.

sounds like a vac leak. a large one too if it surges 500 rpms at idle. and in park.
