You will want a lower conversion kit, look at prices of that vs an oil pan gasket (at Advance Auto) and you'll buy the conversion kit. This has the water pump, timing cover, rear engine cover (do this gasket automatically), oil pan gasket etc.

Get the LIM's with the T on the end of GM gaskets, these will be metal framed.

Coolant elbows: your choice, most here have trouble with plastic ones..although I never had. And I believe the aluminum ones will corrode over time and be tougher to remove down the road.

SC gasket aka Plenum gasket
Valve cover gaskets with grommets
TB gasket
Can or two of TB cleaner
Some brake cleaner for wiping surfaces of oil etc.
A tube of Ultra copper RTV for the corners and places where RTV should be applied.

That should do the trick beyond a tube of assembly lube from say Napa etc. to lube up the cam with.

The only gaskets you'll leave alone are valve seals and head gaskets.

Lim bypass gasket if you want to drain the lim before removing it.

Dont get a new oil pan gasket but do take it off and clean the hell out of it and the block. Then rtv the hell out of both sides of the gasket.
