Yet another thread for the ol' 2000 GTP. I am having a few electrical issues, and I have no idea the cause.
1) My DIC blinks intermittently, I'm guessing I should just try to find a new one?
2) My left headlight flickers in and out while at idle, doesn't seem to really to it while driving...
3) My TCS is stuck off - this happened after I took the dash apart and ran some gauges, but I traced everything and couldn't find an issue with the wiring with what I changed...
4) Last but not least, my fog lights don't work - this also happened after I took my dash apart for the gauges.
I don't really know anything about the electrical side of automobiles yet, so any advice would be much appreciated. Tell me where to look, what to check, and I'll update the thread.
Electrical mods I know of are as follows:
I ran a couple gauges, as stated above.
There was an amp ran to the trunk with some heavy gauge wire that is now just sitting there, and there was some wiring for a gauge face overlay that is a bit convoluted - I'm not exactly sure what they did. The wiring is all located in the area to the left of the gauge cluster, in the little open cubby.
