Finally got my SD headers after waiting a few months for them to stock back up. No leaks other than maybe one somewhere around the front header cant tell if its just the exhaust running through the thin piping or a leak. But my main problem right now is my bank 1 O2 sensor, I purchased a 90 degree bung from zzp so it would clear but they are not deep enough the sensor bottoms out before its threaded even half way in. So my fuel trims are all outa whack and O2 sensor is jumping from 120hz to 950, car sometimes stalls. Can I simply just run the bank 1 o2 sensor in the bank 2 location and extend the harness since b2 is tuned out anyways or will this decrease accuracy of the B1 sensor?

Why not just stick the o2 sensor is the spot on the SD headers??

I just hit the firewall some to clear room for the end of the sensor.

Also, o2 sensors are suppose to bounce from 100-900mv or so, thats how to work.

^ this.. If you need take a air chisel or BFH and hit the tunnel in some.. And a regular o2 bung would weld in that area just fine.

I would have to beat the sh** out of the firewall to do so i need a good 2" more for installing and removing. Regardless if its normal its still affecting my fuel trims dramatically causing fuel dump, lean out, and stalling which it never did before the install

I just plugged the hole on the header, then drilled a hole next to it, and welded an 18mm thread nut in. I was able to put the o2 sensor where I wanted. Then I extended the wires to make it fit (because the 90 brought it closer). Codes went away. PM me if you need pictures.

I put a bung in my crossover pipe, probably ran it like that for a year or so, never had a problem

So clearly welding a new bung in is the way to go but temporarily can I use the rear bung?

No the rear bung is too far away.

BTW.. going from 120 to 900 is the way the sensor is supposed to work. Please take a moment to read up on how upstream sensors function, sounds like it's reading fine though.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
