ok so the other day i drove to the store no problems when i left i had misfire cylinder 5. i checked the coil packs all 3 are at 5.5k ohms at the male ends. i switched the 5-3 and 6-2 coil packs to see if cylinder 3 would misfire. i drove the car this morning and every thing was good for about 25 minutes until cylinder 5 started miss fired again. i pulled the plug and theres fuel on it so the injector is working. could this be a bad control module? 98 gtp very few minor mods. 3.4 pulley zzp 1.0 3 dp 104's ported front mani. help please

Could be, or maybe a bad plug wire.

Swap the plug from #5 with #3 and see if it follows. If not, then swap the wire from #5 with #3 and see if it follows.

Most people dont realize that spark plugs can short to ground on the head and cause a misfire if the porcelain is cracked. (I had 2 AL104s do this within 1000miles)

Start simple and then work your way up to the more complex things. It could be a bad ICM, but usually you'll end up with a multiple misfire that seems random.
