Hi, I have a 1999 Grand Prix GT and I decided to test out my torque android app some more today and I checked the system for fault codes not expecting to find any because my service engine soon light isn't on and trouble code P0650 came up. I googled what the code means but I didn't understand the meaning very well. Isn't the service engine soon light supposed to light up when there is a trouble code? I also noticed the light doesn't light up when turning the ignition on either. Thanks in advance.
