I'm kinda hoping it was new cuz then it would be covered by warranty but if not I'm paying for it which isn't a big deal. I'm just glad I know what's wrong now

Where did the motor come from? Looks like a old one from what I could see in the video since typical a new one is solid black and wouldn't show age that quick.
heres the how to. http://www.grandprixforums.net/showt...e+crank+sensor you need to buy 3 new bolts that fit into the HB, they should be listed in the post, the bolts that come with the puller wont fit right.
Never hurts to contact the company you got it from but I imagine it'll be more effort then it's worth and have to send the old one in first etc etc.
Word of advice unless you have a good impact... A pair of vice grips on the flex plate, a breaker bar and big ass extension are going to be your best friends when it comes to getting that crank bolt loose.
I cant remember if you can remove it just by popping off the old one without taking off the timing cover.
Figured you can do it that way. I changed mine but did it with the TC off.
Got it started, the seal that is. Hopefully when everything is put back together the car will start. I'm ready to drive it again after having to drive my wifes Sebring for a week. Not a chrysler fan lol
I feel bad for you having to drive a Sebring.
Guessing you took our advice and your replacing the HB and CPS?
