I need a good set of prints on the ignition switch, BTSI assembly, and neutral safety switch on the transmission and how they all tie in together. I have had to shift my transmission back and forth and/or jiggle the shifter button to get my key out for over 2 years now. But more recently, my automatic headlights, automatic speedometer lighting, my fuel mileage screen, and climate control blower have quit while driving down the road and also after first starting the car for the first couple of minutes. I very well could have 2 separate problems since I let the first problem go on for so long. I am an electrician and have a good strong understanding of controls yet I am not too familiar with a system like this in a car nor do I have a good set of prints (My Haynes manual sucks) and without those, you can't expect to fix it properly very easily
My car is a 2002 Grand Prix GTP 40th anniversary edition 4-door
If anyone has any prints, I would be greatly appreciative. All I can seem to find online are idiots showing others how to disable the interlock as if that were an acceptable repair (if you can even call it a repair, more like a hacking up of the OEM harness)
Thanks again
John
