Is it kind of in-between the sound of my car on a fly by and that of flowmasters or some really loud and raspy one? Mine sound deep and decent until WOT like that lol. Sounds like a 4banger
when your car shifts at the end, it sounds high, mine didnt sound like that and when you went by the camera, it sounds like a little higher and louder than mine, this vid sounds exactly like them at idle Grand Prix Exhaust Borla Pros vs Stock - YouTube
and this is pretty dang close to what it sounds when getting on it pretty good

Seems like Borla has the best overall sound for our cars. Nice range from quiet to loud and throaty. I will probably be ordering the Borla Catback just because it is only about $650 if you order from them and is all bolt on. Plan on doing this in about mid December. After a new intake, new maf sensor, and letting the computer re-learn, most of my issues have gone away or been reduced enough that the car will be ready to drive for many more miles ahead. Planning to get a downpipe with cat and u-bend delete of course and the borla catback. Thanks for the help all! Really appreciate it!
I have the mods in my sig. Here is how my car sounds. Keep in mind I do NOT have a cat or res. Also during these two vids I do NOT have exhaust tips. Tips make a difference with the sound inside the car. Right not the exhaust is dumping under/behind the bumper. I will be purchasing a large Magnaflow Res to install on my car to cut down with rasp, but I do have dual Borla Pro XS's..

This Video is a rolling acceleration with windows down, same exhaust setup as mentioned above. NO cat, res, or tips.

Definitely keeping cat and res since I will probably be selling this car in about 3 years, but all Borlas seem to sound better than my flowmasters, no matter what the set up. Nowhere to get a decent weld job here for a reasonable price. Only local shop around here would charge just as much as the actual cat-back unfortunately. They wanted to charge over $300 for pipes they already had ready to go. I'll get the cat-back but definitely leaning towards Borla. Thanks for those clips!
Stock resonator or glass pack followed by a pair of Thrush turbo mufflers. Absolutely love them with a glasspack. Well coming from Super 44s and glasspack.
Well I guess WORST case scenario would be I have to find another place to do all the piping, get a new resonator, and get two mufflers and tips. That'd be a pain. Or order magnaflow cat-back.
I got my Borla's from Wicked Nicky's

And I agree, keep your stock res, or get a big aftermarket one to remove most of the drone. As for idle, OMG I love mine. I have had so many compliments, but I will be adding a resonator. It will tone the idle down but I will have that great borla sound throughout the RPM range.
I have a single flow master (not sure on series, could check Thurs or Fri. Sounds great. Nice deep pur at idle. No rasp. At full throttle its throaty but not loud.

If I were to get it custom welded with Borlas(would probably have to get all new piping laid as mine is already modified) would it be the 2" mufflers? And what resonator should I get? A magnaflow 24" from ZZP is $80 would that do the job? Sorry never done a full exhaust before.
