Unless they are broken I wouldn't worry about replacing them. If you put a solid/poly motor and transmission mount felt vibration to a more then noticeable amount

Here's a general rule to go by, if youve owned the car and don't know if the motor mounts we're ever changed out, its safe to say you should replace them an be done with it.

Motor mounts in general are a quick job unless you got lucky like I did with my GTP and the stud spins inside the motor mount. Then it turns fun..

thats a motor mount, oil leaks will will kill it, the oil makes the rubber soft, then it breaks down, and looks like that. i pulled 3 hand fulls of rubber out of the frame.

my engine was moving 3 inches on the pass side when i shifted from drive to reverse.( both ways) dog bones were twisting as well. never had a vibration believe it or not lol

It's worth to note that if you go solid (rubber that is, poly lower mounts only for racekar), you may want to drill into them to be sure they're really solid. I've yet to receive a "solid" mount without fluid in it, including ones that didn't make any noise when shaken.
