Soaked fuel line nut with PB 3 days
, used wrenches then two large vise grips left foot on one two arms on the other cant budge it. If I take plastic fuel line off will fuel stop draining ? So I can try to turn filter. Any other suggestions ? Might just cut with tubing cutter and use rubber fuel line to a connector that fits fuel filter. Thanks.

Hold the nut with a wrench and spin the filter off with a big pair of pliers.

I do not think the fuel line nut is a swivel. Be sure to use a flare nut wrench. Only turn the filter!!

Mine was seized on. I unclipped the plastic side and cut it off the other side with a tube cutter. There are replacement sections you can get at almost all parts stores. I picked one up from Napa for $10. I also bought a tube bender from harbor freight for cheap. This kit comes with a compression fitting as well, but I was converting to SS lines so I did not use it. I had a swagelok to AN fitting I used.

You can see I screwed up the 1st one here. The tube bender I had sucked, so I bought the one pictured for about $8. I then made a couple of test bends on the ruined piece before attempting to make my piece.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to turn but most of the time gets rusted fast
