If 97-03 cars can't do it, then I still bet the 04+ cars can't.

Unless you want to rip all the wires out and BCM and whatever else needs to be swapped and somehow install the correct pieces and somehow make it work.

97-03 have a completely different setup Def not possible.

04+ have the same size plug as a digital, only thing I could see being a problem is the auto sense portion for heat probably won't work since I know that sensor isn't in the location where it should be. I didn't check for a preexisting factory plug yet though.

All this needs to be programmed to work in bcm, so say you get all harnesses and such hooked up correctly. You still need to find a willing dealer to install that option

I think the digital had a 3 plug set up in the back vs the 2 plugs we have in the back of ours.

it would be so much easier if it were possible to leave the dealer out of it.

same for the 5button stuff, dealers jsut want too much money and have no clue.

Hmm. I could have swore we only had one. Haven't put much thought into it besides saying hey they look purty and we specialize in factory upgrades at work. I think I could figure it out if it's possible.

I already have heated seats so that's not a concern.

Yup finding one that's willing to do it and then not getting raped by the price. Didn't dawn on me how much I missed my heated seats until my back aches and I use the ones in the Silverado.

Yea IIRC I was looking at buying a digital HVAC awhile back then remembered we had 2 plugs but I could be wrong.

So since you specialize in that..find out how to do lol. Then how to get 06 seats to work in my 04 yes I have the heated option already.

I could give you wiring diagram from both years if you want.

Otherwise we sell aftermarket heated seats that are easy to install and work great. I can probably get you a deal if that's the route you wanted.

I'm going to do some research on the two different hvac units and if I get one in the shop I might just swap them out (if possible, plug wise) and see what works. I can program anything I need too with the tech2

    Wiring diagrams would be sweat.

Don't need the aftermarket heated shears if anything I still got the old wiring/cushion/and heated pads from the old seats still I could just swap all that onto the gxps but trying to avoid having to pull the cushions off as long as I can help it.

I Install heated seats all the time we don't re glue anything. The seats natural tension is held tight from the factory style clips holding the skin on.
