I have a few issues and cannot find anywhere that anyone else is having the issues.
#1, when the weather is cold and damp transmission slips on take off. I live in a dry part of texas so not very often. However when it is cold and damp (like today) it can be quite disturbing. Tranny fluid has been changed reglarly and isnt low or burnt.
#2, my headlights are on ALL of the time. They have the sensor that is supposed to tell them when to come on and off but no matter what time of day they are on. The sensor isnt bad because if I turn them off and its dark an idiot light comes on and tells me that headlights are suggested (DUH) When I google this the only issue that I can find is the lights wont come on at all. So I guess I should consider myself lucky. But I have a name with the local sheriffs because they are always burning out. Its more of an annoyance I guess
#3 The inner dome light fuse is always blowing, This has happened since I got the vehicle. I replace it and within a few hours inside lights not working. The dash lights and lights on radio etc work, just the dome light and inside lights that help you see inside the vehicle when its dark
#4 The AC, ohh the AC. This is a recent one. AC blows hot air unless I romp on the gas and then I get a burst of cold air. I am assuming this is just freon but since I was on here decided to throw that one in anyway.
The vehicle has a little over 100,000 miles but most of the above has happened since 80 or so. I have regularly serviced the vehicle running 5W-30 full-synthetic. I have never had anything major with the vehicle. Other than a fluke Wal-Mart bag sucked up into the air breather nothing other than normal breaks, battery things of that nature. Any insight into any of the issues would be very much appreciated.
