i raced my friends compg and beat him.... anyways after the race (4 pulls) when driving home i started to notice some weird trans shifts(rebuilt trans 5k miles ago).. from first to second under very light acceleration and it would shift at 4k rpm and my leggo meter was stuck with 3 notches lit up... so i pulled over and restarted my car and the leggo meter went back to normal then close to my friends house my car stalls. i stop and then restart it.. i then pull into his driveway and pop the hood.. i find out the vacuum t underneath the s/c snout was off.. so i reconnected the T and it has a small crack on the hose where it goes onto the T...these are different T's as i thought i had a leak there but i replaced them. then i started heading home.. the car ran fine and shifted fine no codes and the mileage was fine( i cleared the DTC to see if it had any major effect) then about 3 miles away from his house my car stalls again and i pull over to see whats up. it was running a little rough and then turned out fine and could see nothing visibly wrong. i then drove home and it ran perfectly fine. So.... is there anything to worry about? could that leak be the cause of it stalling? if not what could be the problem. im going to the junkyard tomorrow so i could get some things if needed..

    Thanks alot,

    Chris

Yes a vacuum leak could cause it to stall out. When I did a seafoam treatment on my old 04 I had to have someone sit on the gas to keep it from dieing out once I took the vac line off to pour into

Alright thanks could that leak also be the culprit of the shifting problem?
