Is there a T by the battery?
|
shouldn't be. it runs to the fire wall, then down the fender to battery area, then crosses the rad support to that vac ball there. from the vac ball it leads in to the cab some how.
seems like your was taken off or forgotten about or something. if the line wont reach there any more, get some vac tubing, slide it over the existing plastic line, then run it to the top of the sc. if it worked rigged in, it should work where it belongs.
vac tubing cost less then a dollar a foot too. very cheap.
i was poking around under my hood today, and looked at the vac line from the sc, it hits the fire wall, then turns down the fender where it joins my washer pump line, then under the fuse box theres a T. one side went to the rad support to the vac ball. the other line off the T went into the wire harness that looks like it went into the cab through the firewall.
so if you got a t and its broken, fix that sucker lol
i capped mine off today and closed the floor vent manually. now i have full strength air to forward vents only :-p
