    Hey dudes. does any one happen to know where the orfice tube is on these things. if got a 98 GTP im redoin the whole a/c but i cant find the darn orfice tube. thanks

    I think in 98 it is furtherback than the 97, but on the drivers side under the airbox, you'll see the accumalator. Follow the line back towards the firewall and you'll see a fitting. Pretty big, so you shouldn't miss it. Unscrew that and seperate. the orfice tube will be inside the line closest to the firewall. Maybe a little tough to get out depending on when the last time it was changed. Had to use a pair of pliers on mine. Make sure there isn't any crap in the line before you put the new on in.

    That's were I thought it was myself, just wasn't sure.
    3.4", 3" cated DP, SLP Air box, TB spacer, 180* Thermo, "Bilemke Tuning".

    thanks dudes but i was lookin on the high side and i didnt find any fittings so i called up pines pontiac over here and they told me its on the high side were the line meets the firewall... im stoked to finish this thing man....oil pan gasket..motor mounts... and whole a/c system in 2 days + school hooorah!

    I got exited too quick i disconnected the fire wall lines and theres nothin in the pipes.... if i didnt live in hot south florida i would delete the whole system.
