I have a 2000 Grand Prix GTP. I have had an issue with the car starting. It happens after I have it run and turn it off then I let it sit for a short period and when I start it up again it just cranks but doesn't start up. I am thinking it maybe a fuel pressure regulator or a fuel pump relay. Anyone have any ideas? It is not throwing a check engine light. The Fuel pressure is at 48 psi with the key on motor off. According to Alldata that is ok... I have not been able to replicate the issue when I have the fuel pressure guage attached. When it happened the first time my friend check to see if there was any pressure and he said nothing was coming out. Once it starts up I don't seem to have any issues. Thanks!

When it cranks over but doesn't start, do you hear the fuel pump hum for a few seconds when the key gets to "on"? Wondering if your pump is starting to fail.
