I recently started getting the "Service vehicle Soon" message on the DIC. It's usually pretty specific in letting you know what's wrong but I have no idea what this message could be for.
The car seems to be running fine, however, I did just install HID fog lights.

    Any ideas???

Go to your local parts shop (auto zone/advanced auto etc.) and get them to read the code for you.

First thought to him me was....you didn't take it seriously, if it's been happening for a while...lol

Reality though, there is likely a code stored. No idea why it's not sharing more with you.

Service VEHICLE Soon is different from Service ENGINE Soon.

SVS is typically bulbs that are out, or ABS issues, or other assorted problems that are more the "vehicle"
My old Grand Am would show SVS when I had head lights/turn signals out. Also showed up when I had a bad speed sensor.

SES is all about what's under the hood... plus fuel.

Its usually very specific in saying something is wrong. And no other lights are on. I'll see if autozone knows but there is no check engine light and that's usually what they check for with the odb stuff

Actually they pull codes. Some of the readers can do body and other codes as well as powertrain.
