So I was spraying over some vacuum hoses for a suspected leak. Came across this.

Not really sure what part that is. I know it's vacuum related. Lol. But my obvious wonder, is there supposed to be a hose or something connected?

that nipple should have a foam cap on it, they get old and fall off, its normal.

I was wondering what the foam was. So I should just plug it?

you can leave it as is. or maybe get one from a dealer, not sure, seen a bunch of threads before on this nipple. looked at mine it had no foam.

Alright, Thanks Scotty. I'll just leave it as is. I'm sure it's been that way for awhile anyways.

if you broke the plastic line that runs the fender, you can get a 2 inch long piece of vac tubing, and stick the ends of the broke tube into the vac tube.

pretty sure that controls the direction of the air in the car, vent, defrost, floor.

If I reconnect the broke ends together would heat shrink tubing work?
