Yes, you can take the stock file and do a "write calibration only" to the car. Then you can continue tuning from there.

You never need to do "write entire".

And yes you can flash it back to stock then change stuff and flash it agian before you ever start or drive the car.

Flashing it back to stock is not needed if you just want to flash it to whatever file you want.

It may have been red if the numbers where at +16.4, saying you have a vacuum leak.

It might be the 60lb injectors you mention in your other thread that you didn't account for.....just an idea. wink wink.

Pull up a stock bin file in editor, add in the injectors then save that file as #1 or anything that denotes it's your beginning point. Flash that to the pcm. Then start your tuning for the ported TB, ported SC and ported LIM. That'll all be basically covered when you tune the maf.

Find Matt5112's post about injectors and voltage offsets etc. It was a link to all the cool kid data. Then you merely type that into the voltage offset area and change the injector flow in that table.
