i plan on fixing my leaks at my crossover and flex section of my SD headers. i plan on getting a new zzp flex pipe, what size band clamps should i get for my cross over?

the exhaust shop should be able to fix this on car? or will i have to remove the rear manifold?

also i would need the 3" flex pipe right?

Yes the Flex pipe needs to be 3in.

Most of us use band clamps and the exhaust might be able to do it on the car.

You can just have them remove the flex and weld a straight pipe and fix the goose neck at the same time. The flex is really not needed if your motor mounts are new.
