I have an 08 GXP and at first it was just the driver side door that wouldnt lock but now it seems all of the door randomly wont lock. Sometimes the alarm arms, sometimes it doesnt.
Anyone else have this issue? Car is under warranty.

well when i took it in before they said it was the driver door actuator that needed replaced, so they were gonna order it. i havent been back to that dealership in awhile but i dont think they did order it. Its more than just the drivers door and its random, does it all connect on the driver side or somethin?
I have a similar issue in my girls 06 base model. I changed the battery and since then its like the car doesn't want to listen to the keyless remote. The doors will lock with the switch inside but when I try to unlock with the remote I have to hold the button forever for it to work. And it sees to work better when I'm farther away than up close. Haven't figured out why though.
I'll have to pull the switch panel out and check, cause its not even locking when i press the lock button, i have to manually press the posts down.
That's probably just the battery in the remote. Stupid GM remotes, the solder is weak around the battery holder. I've heard many many times of this happening.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. It may be actuator related. I have searched my resources, and there are currently no known issues at this time.
I encourage you to have the vehicle inspected for an official diagnosis.

My dealership got back to me, somehow the repair order slipped through the cracks. They went ahead and ordered the driver actuator on Friday, but I wont be in that area at least for a few more weeks to have it put in.
