Okay so my cooling fans are contantly running. as soon as i strat the car they start and they don't turn off until i shut the car off. I have already replaced the temp sensor, the thremostat, and the reley, hoping that it would slove my problem but still no luck i have no idea what else it could be at this point and am hoping that someone here can help me out.

also the car is a 2000 grand prix Se 3.1 motor

    thanks in advance

If your check engine light is on the fans will stay on all the time.

I have no check engine lights on or any warning lights on. also defrost and AC are both off and the fans still run. i also noticed that there is a sensor on my rad (i assume a level sensor) could this be the problem? does anyone now how to check if that sensor is working? (resistance value for sensor) i don't want to have to change it if i don't have to (i can't afford to keep replacing parts that are fine) or if you can even change it or do you have to change the whole rad?

This is only true for a few codes. You can have a check engine light w/o the fans coming on.
