is there any other solutions to making that noise go away? is it possible to bore out a part of the IAC passage or something like that?

Lots of solutions, actually. These are all tried and true. Trust me.

1.) Turn the radio up louder
    2.) Earplugs
    3.) Move to Florida
4.) Never start your car when it's below 40*

If none of these work, or sound feasible; then go ahead and start your car - and then start yelling "LALALALALALALALALA" as loud as you can for about 3-5 minutes - covering your ears while doing this will quiet the gurgling sound, too.

    No need to thank me.

^^^^ROFL...On another note, don't listen to TDCRacing...there isn't anything wrong with N* TB setups especially if you can grab one on the cheap...now the LS1's I would not recommend (I have one)...too many compromises with that setup, but then again unless you find one in the classifieds you won't find one.

Like I said, I have never used one personally. But you are the first person that I have heard of about 9 total that said they actually liked there N* setup. I hear no complaints except for the mushy pedal feel.

I don't wanna hear no one crying when they buy one and don't like it though. So take my time and effort trying to warn you for what you want.

Just trying to help. I guess the pedal feel does not bother some people.

Let me ask you this. There was a difference in pedal feel right?

This is what I found when I typed in Northstar in the search...1st post at the top all in the same post. Did not bother looking anymore.

    But don't listen to me

Go find a LS1...and be happy with b/c they are WAY better.
