Hello; I've just put in a new blower motor and resistor worked on all speeds for a day or two. On one hot day went to use the A/C blower or fan speeds would not work. Does any one know what may be wrong ? All Fuse's are good.

Check the harness that connects to the blower motor. May be loose. Other than that are there any fuses under the hood that would control this? I know you said fuses were good, but often the underhood ones are overlooked.

First I would like to thank you for the input, the 30 amp fuse did light up. But I haven't checked the harness as you said. If thats not it I believe that the relay it self may be defective in some way. I will fine out tomorrow by replacing it. Will let you know by getting back to you if it is the harness.
    Thank You

Check and make sure your ground is good. Also check to see if you are getting control commands at the resistor. It has been my experience that a vast majority of phantom electrical problems can be traced to faulty grounds. Best of luck.

I would like to thank all that have sent me info. on what to do about my Blower/Resistor, All is well now I hope. The Resistor had to be replaced, found out that the unit is a solid state piece and the one that was put in was bad. You guys are a great bunch to help out. Thank You so much again.
