Has anyone else had extreme trouble removing them? the nut is off fine but the bolts seem to be seized in the spindle possibly?

I snapped one of mine and had to drill it out. The other one had the bushing stuck to it. Went to the dealer and got 2 new bolts and used a lot of anti seize on it.

    BFH.

But once you get that side out, the other side will be just as seized.

One thing I did...was used my BFAG on it. That's the big air gun. 600ft lbs of torque. Enough time, penetrant etc...usually they come loose.

Heck, for the other end (the one that bolts to the body mount) I just went to the dealer and bought 2 new mounting brackets, 2 bolts and nuts and just replaced the stupid thing when I installed my GMPP rear arms. I got the knuckle bolt out ok, but the drivers front mount was not moving at all. Instead of beating/heating/cursing at it for hours on end, just said f it and replaced the assembly. Well worth the $$. IIRC the 2 mounts and hardware were no more than $40~ or so.
