    Sounds like you have air in the cooling system. Bleed it out and no more sloshing sound.

    that slooshing sound is air in your heater core, no way you hear the over flow tank lol

    take both hoses off the alt bracket, flush with a garden hose till just water or coolant comes out the other hose.
