So what kinda of car wax do you guys use? I was using the cheap $4.00 Turtle Wax stuff, until i just came upon some Turtle Wax ICE. I got tired of layers of dust collecting on the paint easily.

This ICE stuff is suppose to be a dirt repellent so my car should stay cleaner a little longer....I hope

I love all there stuff. Great wax, shines up the car really nice. Only wax I have used on the car. All the pics in this album have been with that wax.

    End has newest pics.

IMO, spending $5 more isnt that big of a deal. It beads great and lasts a long time. If you get the little kit it gives you and applicator and microfiber towel.

Wanted WAY WAY too much... they overpaid. they offered me 11k on my car, but wouldnt budge on the car price. So one, I wouldnt have gotten approved, and it wasnt worth what they were asking.

Synthetic. Don't have time for anything that doesn't last as long.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Pretty sure the black box (if it is anything like the red box) has a pigment in it... It's a pain to remove for us detailers lol!!

I use this "concoction" on my GTP (as well as my G8).
Wolfgang Swirl Remover - Orange Pad
    Wolfgang Polish
    Wolfgang Paint Sealant

The longevity of this product is excellent without the waiting time of Zaino.

On a vehicle that is needing a heavy correction or is one of my other rides that I am not inclined to waste product on I use:
    Meguiar's M105 for Correction - Orange Pad
Meguiar's Gold Class, NXT, or Carnuaba wax.

I like Meguiar's, but its longevity is sub par.

Don't get me wrong, M105/205 is incredible, I'll let the pictures do the talking

    ^ '99 Mustang Cobra

    ^ 1972 Olds 4-4-2

Cliff: I prefer Wolfgang or Adam's, but Meguiar's is suitable for a tight wallet.

32 oz. Poorboy's World Natty's Paste Wax- BLUE, Poorboys Nattys Blue Wax, car wax

Is what I use...way better imo then store bought wax. I put 2 coats one after another well over 1.5 years ago on my gp. I wrecked it so it stays outside 24-7 underneath a huge tree and I wash it every blue moon..like 5 months or so and it stills shines like no other.
Squirrels are my engine. I need a Ford Regal

Im kinda on a low budget and i do believe in "you get what you pay for." Some of these waxes you just can't go into a Walmart to get, at least not mine anyway lol

Don't bother with Ice. It's longevity is not that good. I would not recommend it. I had left a bottle of it on my shelf and it turned yellow. If you want over the counter then mother's or meguiars will suit you just fine.

Then Meguiars it is. *sighs* lately ive been buying "ICE" products and i just recently (as in half an hour ago) just bought some ICE interior when i should of just stuck with Armour All but i like getting different products from the same company. Meguiars is a little pricey for my budget but as ive said in my last post, i believe in getting what you pay for.
