If you're not going the cam route.. Then sure.. Do 1.9s.

It's not gonna net you all that much though. A weeee bit more top end... But not much.

Yes, I was able to tell the difference immediately in the top end after installing 1.9 rockers. Plus it helps lower KR.

I wish I would have went cam... I hardly notice the diff. But I've rode in cammed cars and it was kinda disappointing.

Yay, definitely worth the extra hour or 2 to put them on, and if you ever decide to do a cam they only take an hour or 2 to take off and they don't really lose value.

    More air?

Yes. -- If you feel like you can do a cam then do that instead.

I did rockers because my engine isn't getting any younger. (211k)

Thuglifesomethingorother just did rockers this weekend. 1.9's. He's thrilled with the difference. Shoot him a pm to ask how he likes them.

Did he do a pulley and headers at the same time too?

    I know I did a DP/PEM's at the same time I did 1.84's...and I noticed a difference, but I'm sure everyone would.

Depends on your set up. I was able to get 2* more timing up top from 15-17 with a 3.4 gen5 no IC. I would still my HS1.9s today, with my full size IC if I didn't go cam. I guess it's a hit or miss

    Depends on nothing.

I put 1.9's on my car by themselves with a 3.8" stock pulley and it made a hell of a difference. It's like putting only a Gen V on your car. There's a difference.

There is a good difference in the top end and you do make some decent gains more noticeable with pulley drops but if you want to make some serious power don't waste your time and save for the cam. I thought rockers would be good for me, but I'm regretting not doing a cam hence why I will be putting in an xp cam. What's your overall goal for the car?
