How do I make my CAI louder? I have a 2000 Grand Prix GTP with an open cone K&N cone filter.

turbo?
WOT
Seriously though... the only thing I can think of is dismantle the dashboard, then search for and remove any factory sound deadening... although that would make much more than just your CAI louder. This is assuming you mean louder from inside the car...
or you could port your s/c
Ah, you have a GTP? Trade me for my GT. It'll get rid of that pesky CAI-awesome-noise-eating heat pump on the top of your engine...
You could take the foam lining under the hood out. That way it wouldn't absorb the sound.
If thats not enough for you then take the filter off and rubber band some pantyhose on the end of the pipe.
Rubberband? Nah, zip-ties! They're gangster... police use 'em instead of regular cuffs sometimes... more street-cred...
Okay, so the real answer is to remove the CAI box and run "open cone" and add enough flow mods to pulley down. The faster the pulley spins, the louder the intake.

wire in a vacuum cleaner to increase the air sucking noise?
its an intake.
get headers and chop off your mufflers
just make your exhaust louder like the rest of the world.
Wait wait wait... seriously... anybody remember the fake FMIC intakes? Wonder how that would work for him? Yes, I'm being serious...
i'm sticking with my hoover idea.
or the forever budget friendly ELECTRIC SUPER CHARGER !!!
