well i will try and keep this story as short as possible, anyways i was sitting at a stop light when a new camaro decided he was going to try and take me in the right lane,so i glanced over at the wife and said this dude is in for a surprise. so the light turns green and i roll into the throttle and then i hammer it down, well it hesitated bad it was almost like it shut off for a second and then it took off . mind you i did have the tc off but something is wrong. tranny is stock with a shift kit, fuel pump is stock along with the injectors im just not sure what happened. i am running a 3.25 on a s1x so im not sure where to look? i have not really tested this car yet since i got done with the build last fall so this took me by surprise, luckly the camero did not decide to race. any advice would be great. thanks!

I'd check your fuel pressure. Do you have a custom tune?

I'd suggest a custom tune and a wideband.

But fueling/AE enrichment may help, possibly clean the maf sensor.

a tailpipe sniffer (oem o2) doesnt keep a good steady air to fuel ratio it goes up and down from rich to lean.. Where a wide band keep the A/F ratio dialed in it doesnt go from rich to lean all the time.. But yeah check your fuel pressure at idle and at WOT se what it is.

    Wut?

The front o2 is suppose to jump up and down from 150-980ish. The computer will always try to command 14.7:1 AFR and the rear o2 will always be around the same millivolts if the cat converter is doing its job.

O2 sensors are a narrow band signal, and you cant really get a proper reading of REAL time AFR, that why we say buy a Wideband, it read AFR right from the exhaust gases in numbers 1-17 instead of millivolts. Knowing real time AFR in say a WOT run is key to dialing in a tune to make sure the car is getting enough fuel. Anywhere from 11-11.7ish AFR at WOT is prolly where you will want to be.
