I have yet to put 5000 miles on the damned thing..... and today, she started smoking like crazy under the hood. i had to stop, throw some water in there, JUST to get home, and all that spurtted out as well.

im going to look into it tomorrow at work. What should i look out for first?

P.S.- The LIM, water pump, and elbow from tensioner assy. all appear dry.

Post what year and model the car is (SE, GT, GTP), then I'd look at the coolant hoses, and possibly the readiator.

Worst case- fill it up, start the car and wait for it to heat up and then find the leak. Or take it to a shop and have them do a coolant pressure test on it. May find the leak that way.
