So let me be clear at no times was I driving with open intox. So I'm cleaning my 04 gtp my brother spills about 4 oz of beer in my traction button oh **** right? Well clean it up all is well button not sticky. 1 day later my dic lights up with service abs... tc... stability and service effort assist steering all in a row. My trac button doesn't work at this point turn off car turn on they go away it does it again in 5 mins steering wheel seems a little more difficult to turn. As of now about 4 days after it does not do this . Did the beer possibly short out the button for a short while?

I would think not. Because if the button itself was shorted, you should only have Traction Off, not the rest of the issues. And I doubt there is a module under the button, but worth checking.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
