No BS and dumb azz comments.

Your easiest/quickest and probably most reliable way to do this would be to get a transmission with a 1" GMR chain. These are very tough to find as they are not made any longer. Once the trans is built and solid, I'd think a turbo with cam and a few other goodies are the way to go. Researched and done properly 450whp should be relatively doable. Having gone the one of everything SC'd route, it's much costlier and you'll need a ton more stuff to get an SC build to 450whp.
Ported heads/bigger valves, custom ground blower cam, headers, E85, OD crank pulley, full size IC, TVS1320
450whp
What doesn't exist?
i have my doubts about the OP being able to fab parts. that means no custom blower swaps or anything of the like.
the OP needs to go turbo and ditch the m90 otherwise he is going to have fun being stuck at 330whp like everyone else with an m90.
Fab parts? You mean buy a plate and bolt the blower down?
He says 450whp SC... meaning forget the turbo. Too much misinformation on turbos going around these days... Yes they make more power than the SC we all know that, but these kids will have you believe you can make 450whp throwing a turbo on a stock engine and just go, LOL. Like there isn't 50 other things you need to do and then 99.99999% of the people will end up sub 350whp on the stock engine.
Mass producing??? To mass produce something you need to have mass buyers! lol
I can get a plate for anyone who wants it...
Yea I know.. Its more like 500-520whp is the max on a stock cam without getting into C16 and stuff. E85 makes alot of fun stuff possible.but these kids will have you believe you can make 450whp throwing a turbo on a stock engine and just go
More than a few have made 420-450whp on 93 octane as well... I did 510whp on 93 octane and a ST2 cam, everything else stock.
Let's try to stick to the OP's wishes of no BS and silly comments. Nick, your swap is cool, but it's not proven out what that takes to make the OP's desired HP. To Bio's point, no one was aware you'd have a plate made for them or what the costs would be to do so.
DH and many other turbo guys have documented and posted dyno sheets at or above that power level and what it takes to make it happen.
DH, 130# springs and an ST2 cam, what size turbo are we talking?
Except in the tags it says "SC please"
The TVS is just a newer version of the SC that's already in his car... and since only 1 car has officially made over 450whp (shop car with unknown dyno calibrations) it's safe to assume that the m90 in his car isn't going to get him there.
His best bet to get 450whp out of a supercharged setup is to go with a whipple or a TVS.
It says "...Please Help"
Unless you're Timothy d gosnell, we can all agree 450whp won't be made on an M90. The cost benefit ratio just isn't there yet for the TVS and going turbo is about the best cost benefit ratio right now for that power level. We don't know if money is an issue for you yet and it's a little wierd your 2 sentences can be followed up with this much posting already so you must have hit a few nails on the head.
Cleaned up the thread to honor the OP's wishes for a clean and productive thread.

Cartuning 5-Speed Grand Prix 584 WHP Dyno - YouTube
cam, valve springs, 3" CT turbo kit, t66, cutout, original gaskets (minus side cover- i did reuse the alum lower intake gaskets)
for argument sake the numbers are inflated over an automatic but would still be very much well over 525hp on an automatic
